We operate within and focus on the context and needs of indigenous front-line leaders. We seek to understand and serve what God is already doing in the nations.
Our goal is holistic transformation in the lives of the leaders we serve. We build healthy leaders who go on to build healthy churches!

We are visionaries. We envision leaders with a vision for building healthy leaders, healthy churches, and generational succession.

We are spiritual mothers and fathers. We nurture leaders in their own spiritual lives, biblical understanding, marriages, families and ministries. One of the greatest needs of leaders around the world is for spiritual mothers and fathers. Our team provides love, prayer, care and support for leaders.

We are teachers. We train leaders on the core principles and practices of healthy leader development. We do not just give them a particular curriculum or preplanned leader development “package” but instead help them to internalize the fundamental biblical principles of holistic leader development.

We are mentors. We coach them on an ongoing basis as they form and implement their own training designs in their own environments. We also consult with them on a wide variety of life and leadership issues.

We are providers. We resource them with printed materials, models, frameworks, tools, examples of learning design, and case studies of effective leader development in a variety of contexts, and other pertinent resources.

We are pioneers. We help leaders launch new forms of training in various ministry sectors, exploring what really works in their local context.

We are networkers. We help them network with leaders from other ministries and church planting movements who are wrestling with the same issues – for mutual learning, collaboration, encouragement and leader care. We also network with other ministries who share a similar vision and who serve the national churches.

Our ConneXions model is a new – in reality, old – approach to leader development.
Here are brief descriptions of our foundational ConneXions models. These models inform and direct everything we do in leadership development.

A healthy Christian leader knows God (Christ), was formed and lives in supportive and accountable community (Community), has integrity (Character), knows the purpose of God and presents it with credibility, clarity, and passion (Calling), and has the necessary thinking and acting capacities to effectively lead the people in the accomplishment of this purpose (Competencies).
